We  offer Weekly or Every other week cleaning  service for residential clients. We do not offer monthly services at this time.

We accept Check, or Venmo with no added fee. We can take debit/credit cards for an added 3% transaction fee. 

KITCHEN

• Cobweb and high dusting any high shelving
• Wipe all counters
• Clean outside of all appliances
• Take out garbage + recycling
• Wipe fronts of cabinets including the top ledges of drawers & cabinets
• Clean tables
• Scrub + shine sinks
• Clean inside and outside of microwave 
• Clean stove including drip pans, grates, & outside of stove hood
• Clean top of fridge
• Clean coffee pot + empty used filter / outside of Keurig machine, tray, and remove used pods 
• Clean toaster and toaster oven (outside, trays, and glass fronts) 
• Clean water dispenser drip pan in fridge
• Dust light fixtures 
• Clean stainless steel
• Clean floor

BATHROOM

• Scrub + shine showers + bathtubs by treating mold + soap scum + dry them
• Scrub + shine sinks, vanities and dry them
• Clean mirrors
• Shine chrome faucets in sinks + tubs
• Dust any decor + shelves + towel racks + top of toilet roll holder
• Wipe fronts of cabinets
• Cobweb, clean exhaust vent and high dusting
• Clean toilet inside + out (pumice stones are used on hard water rings)
• Fold + straighten towels
• Clean soap dishes
• Dust light fixtures
• Clean floor + baseboards

ALL ROOMS

• Cobweb and do all high dusting
• Dust by lifting + wiping under each item
• Straighten throw blankets + pillows 
• Vacuum furniture if requested
• Wipe all window sills 
• Touch up a maximum of 3 windows 
• Clean any mirrors
• Dust ceiling fans and wall vents as needed
• Shake or vacuum rugs (under 8x10 size) and fold over to clean under
• Vacuum dog beds
• Vacuum (moving what we can + doing under but not sliding furniture 
• Mop hard floors
• Empty garbage

LAUNDRY ROOM

• High dusting, cobwebbing, and vents
• Wipe off outside of washer + dryer (top lip of drawer)
• Wipe counters, sinks + cabinets 
• Empty garbage
• Clean floor

SPECIAL REQUESTS - Any requests need to be communicated to management before your cleaning day to schedule a longer time slot.  

Make beds + change linens if there are clean sheets sitting on bed ($4.00 per bed)

Hand wipe Blinds ($5.00 per set of blinds)

Hand wipe Baseboards in other rooms other than the bathrooms ($10.00 per room)

Wash Dishes ($11.00 per 15-minute increments)

Clean inside of oven $35.00

Clean inside of fridge or freezer $35.00

Sweep garage $20.00 or Cobweb and sweep garage $35.00 (standard two car garage) 

Polish furniture ($11.00 per 15-minute increments) (Client must provide polish & sign liability form)

If your special request is not on this list, the office will price any additions. 

PLEASE NOTE: We do not clean espresso machines or tv or computer screens. We do not clean up pet feces or vomit.
