Deep Clean & Move Out Pricing

$50 an hour per person cleaning 

We have a $400 minimum

We Excel at Move out cleanings! The following is a general list of what we do in a Move out cleaning.

We accept Check or Venmo with no added fee. We can take debit/credit cards for an added 3% transaction fee. 

 KITCHEN

• Cobweb 
• Wipe all counters
• Clean inside/ outside/under Fridge, Oven
• Wipe inside and out of dishwasher
• Wipe outside and under of Washer and Dryer
• Clean inside and out including the top of drawers & cabinets
• Scrub + shine sinks
• Clean inside and outside of microwave 
• Clean stove including drip pans, grates, & outside of stove hood
• Clean floor
• Clean light fixtures

BATHROOM

• Remove built up soap scum + Scrub grout in showers (including shower door) and baths, dry them
• Scrub + shine sinks, vanities and dry them
• Clean mirrors
• Clean inside and out of cabinets and drawers
• Cobweb, clean exhaust vent and high dusting
• Clean toilet inside + out (pumice stones are used on hard water rings)
• Clean light fixtures
• Clean floor

IN ALL ROOMS 

• Cobweb and do all high dusting
• Wipe all window sills 
• Touch up  windows 
• Clean any mirrors
• Clean ceiling fans and wall vents 
• Vacuum all floors
• Mop hard floors
• Clean all baseboards 
• Clean both sides of all doors
• Clean trim
• Clean window sills 
• Clean window tracks
• Clean slider and tracks
• Hand wash blinds
• Clean switch plates/ outlet covers

LAUNDRY ROOM

• High dusting, cobwebbing, and vents
• Wipe off outside of washer + dryer (top lip of drawer)
• Wipe counters, sinks + cabinets 
• Empty garbage
• Clean floor
