$36/Hr per person cleaning

Minimum of 4 total hours this price is for regular weekly or every other week cleaning 

• Sanitize  all counters
•  Clean outside of all appliances
•  Empty all garbage and recycling
•  Wipe fronts of cabinets including getting a ladder and doing high end shelves, and high cabinets
•  Clean tables 
•  Scrub and sanitize sinks
•  Clean microwave
•  Clean stove including drip pans,    grates,  outside hood, etc.
•  Clean floor
•  Clean top of fridge
• Clean coffee pot carafe and grounds
•  Clean toaster crumb tray
•  Empty dishwasher upon request
•  Take out garbage and recycling
•  Clean water dispenser drip pan
•  Clean stainless with stainless cleaner​

• Scrub and sanitize showers and bathtubs ( treat mold) and check for soap scum and dry them
•  Scrub and sanitize sinks, vanities  and dry them
•  Clean mirrors
•  Shine chrome in sinks and tubs
•  Wipe fronts of cabinets
•  Clean exhaust vent
•  Clean toilet inside and out and dry
•  Make towels look pretty
•  Clean soap dishes
•  Clean floor

• Wipe off washer/dryer

• Dust (lifting dusting putting back down)
•  Vacuum moving what we can and vacuuming under

$40/Hr per person cleaning this price is for anything outside of weekly or every other week cleaning. Minimum of 5.5 total Hours

• Clean oven  (only if self cleaner has ran it's cycle this takes up to 4 hours start to finish)

A trash out is when we remove any trash and debris left behind by construction work, renters, or previous owners. We can remove yard debris. appliances, scrap metal, carpet, unwanted vehicles. We can clean or organize your garage or shop and any number of other odd jobs, Just ask. Any size job is welcome from a pickup load 14,000 pound dump trailer loads.
